50 MILES NORTHWEST OF LA CROSSE. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 35 MILES
AN HOUR AND WILL BE AFFECTING THE TOWNS OF ALMA...PRAAG...AND WAUMANDEE
BETWEEN 810 AND 845 PM.
