THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LA CROSSE HAS ISSUED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  500 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN
 
   ...TREMPEALEAU COUNTY
 
AT 410 PM...RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS NEAR ARCADIA AND
CENTERVILLE OR ABOUT 25 MILES NORTHWEST OF LA CROSSE. THESE STORMS WERE
MOVING EAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BE AFFECTING THE COMMUNITIES OF
BLAIR AND ETTRICK BETWEEN 430 AND 500PM. THE PRIMARY THREAT WITH THESE
STORMS IS LARGE HAIL.

STRONG BUILDING. HAIL 3/4 OF AN INCH OR LARGER IN DIAMETER AND

STORMS SHOULD ALSO AFFECT ADJACENT AREAS OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA
AND NORTHEAST IOWA. A FEW OF THESE STORMS COULD BE SEVERE WITH
DAMAGING WINDS AND/OR LARGE HAIL.
