WINDS 9 MILES SOUTH OF DOLGEVILLE NEAR INDIAN CASTLE.  WIND SPEEDS
OF 60 MPH WERE REPORTED IN SOUTHERN HERKIMER COUNTY WITH THE PASSAGE
