FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST NEW YORK
 
   ...SARATOGA COUNTY
 
AT 645 PM A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CONTINUED OVER PROVIDENCE IN SARATOGA
COUNTY. HEAVY RAINS IN EXCESS OF 3 INCHES HAVE FALLEN IN THIS AREA... IN
ADDITION TO GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS. STREAMS IN THE
VICINITY OF THE KENNYETTO CREEK IN PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP MAY RISE RAPIDLY
WITH THIS HEAVY RAIN.
 
DO NOT DRIVE .YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
