INDICATED THAT WATER WAS ABOUT TO OVERFLOW THE WEST MAIN STREET BRIDGE
ON FULMER CREEK. STREETS WHICH MAY BE AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD
INCLUDE WEST MAIN...LOCK...HARTER...STEELE...PETRY AND NORTH.
