IN EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA ...EASTERN KINGSBURY COUNTY AT 523 AM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 10 MILES EAST OF DE SMET...OR 40 MILES EAST OF HURON...MOVING EAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...YOU SHOULD GO TO A BASEMENT SHELTER IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE.
