AT 1030 AM EST PATCHY DENSE FOG HAS DEVELOPED OVER GULF AND FRANKLIN
COUNTIES AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

THE VISIBILITY AT THE APALACHICOLA AIRPORT WAS LESS THAN 1/4 MILE.

MOTORIST ARE URGED TO USE LOW BEAMS...AND EXTRA TRAVELING TIME
THIS EVENING AND EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.

THE FOG SHOULD BEGIN TO LIFT DURING MID MORNING HOURS.

FOR MARINERS THE FOG WILL CLEAR MORE SLOWLY.
