FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  245 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA
 
   ...GULF COUNTY
 
DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 6 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER SOUTHERN
GULF COUNTY. REPORTS FROM THE GULF COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE INDICATE 5 TO
6 INCHES OF WATER ON HIGHWAY C30 ON CAPE SAN BLAS AND SOME FLOODING ON
HIGHWAY 98 NEAR BEACON HILL.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
