    ...MORE THUNDERSTORMS FOR THE SACRAMENTO VALLEY AND
              THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS TONIGHT...

A COLD LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM FROM THE GULF OF ALASKA IS MOVING ONSHORE
IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA TONIGHT. BANDS OF LOCALLY HEAVY SHOWERS AND
SOME THUNDERSTORMS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM. THE LOW CENTER
WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE SOUTH AND EAST TONIGHT, MOVING INTO NEVADA
LATER TONIGHT.

LOCALLY HEAVY SHOWERS; SMALL HAIL; GUSTY WINDS; AND LIGHTNING ARE
BEING REPORTED WITH THIS WEATHER SYSTEM. THE SNOW LEVEL WILL BE NEAR
3000 FEET ALONG THE OREGON BORDER TONIGHT AND ABOUT 4000 FEET OVER
THE NORTHERN SIERRA NEVADA.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF ONE OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS OR HEAVY SHOWERS
YOU ARE ADVISED TO SEEK SHELTER INDOORS UNTIL THE STORM HAS PASSED
YOUR AREA. THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
WELL INTO THE EVENING HOURS BEFORE SLOWLY SUBSIDING LATER TONIGHT.

COOL UNSTABLE AIR BEHIND THE LOW PRESSURE CENTER AND PARTLY CLOUDY
SKIES WILL COMBINE TO TUESDAY TO TRIGGER MORE SHOWERS AND A FEW
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS
TOMORROW, ESPECIALLY OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN.
