IN SOUTHERN UTAH ...SEVIER...WAYNE...GARFIELD VERY HEAVY RAINFALL HAS BEEN REPORTED FROM THE TOWN OF SEVIER IN SEVIER COUNTY AND HANKSVILLE IN WAYNE COUNTY. FLOODING WAS REPORTED OVER SECTIONS OF HIGHWAY 89 IN SEVIER COUNTY. THE STORMS ARE MOVING TO THE EAST AT 10-15 MPH. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
