THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A  FLASH
FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  815 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN CENTRAL UTAH

   ...SEVIER COUNTY, INCLUDING THE TOWN OF RICHFIELD...

A NUMBER OF THUNDERSTORMS HAVE MOVED THROUGH SEVIER COUNTY THIS
AFTERNOON. THE HIGHWAY PATROL REPORTS FLOODING OF SOME STREETS AND
HOMES IN AND AROUND RICHFIELD.  RAIN IS FALLING AGAIN OVER THE
WARNING AREA AND FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY, PARTICULARLY IN STEEP
TERRAIN AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES.  A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN
EFFECT UNTIL 9PM TONIGHT FOR MUCH OF CENTRAL UTAH.
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE RISING WATER.
