...SEVERE STORM WATCHES IN EFFECT FOR MUCH OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS
INCLUDING EAST CENTRAL TEXAS AND THE ADJACENT AREAS OF WESTERN
LOUISIANA...ALSO SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IN EFFECT FOR MUCH
OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS.

...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE FOR HARRISON
COUNTY IN NORTHEAST TEXAS AT 400 PM CDT. A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS
INDICATED FROM NEAR WOODLAWN TO HALLSVILLE...AND HAD PRODUCED HAIL
TO NICKLE SIZE NORTHEAST OF HALLSVILLE AND HIGH WINDS...FUNNEL CLOUD
SIGHTED ALONG INTERSTATE 20 BREIFLY BUT DISSIPATED. THE STORM HAD
DECREASED SOMEWHAT OVER THE PAST HALF HOUR.  THE STORM WAS PART OF
BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS THAT WERE INDICATED FROM NORTHEAST OF HOT SPRINGS
ARKANSAS TO NEAR LEWISVILLE ARKANSAS TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
LOUISIANA EAST OF RODESSA ON TO BETWEEN MARSHALL AND LONGVIEW TO NEAR
PALESTINE TEXAS.  ANOTHER STRONG STORM WITHIN THIS BAND WAS INDICATED
BETWEEN LEWISVILLE AND PRESCOTT ARKANSAS. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST
NORTHEAST AT NEAR 20 MPH.

ANOTHER BAND OF VERY STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE INDICATED OVER
SOUTHEAST TEXAS FROM 20 MILES SOUTHEAST OF TOLEDO BEND DAM TO BETWEEN
