DANGEROUS THUNDERSTORM 60 MILES NORTHWEST OF POPLAR BLUFF OVER EAST
CENTRAL SHANNON COUNTY NEAR POWDER MILL FERRY. THE STORM WAS MOVING
SOUTHEAST 30 MPH.
