AT 615 PM, WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY
RAIN IN WASHINGTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OHIO.  THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE
TRACKING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.  THEY WILL MOVE ACROSS WOOD,
WIRT AND JACKSON COUNTIES BY 800 PM.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS, GUSTY WINDS, AND
FREQUENT LIGHTNING.
