FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...S...
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA
 
   ...BRAXTON COUNTY...CALHOUN COUNTY
 
RAIN CONTINUES OVER BRAXTON AND CALHOUN COUNTIES WITH 24 HOUR AMOUNTS AT
OR OVER 2 INCHES. THIS AMOUNT OF RAIN WILL CAUSE SEVERAL STREAMS TO
OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS, INCLUDING CEDAR CREEK IN BRAXTON COUNTY AND STEER
CREEK IN CALHOUN COUNTY.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FpLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
