17 NEAR THE MARICOPA-YAVAPAI COUNTY LINE.  THIS STORM IS MOVING TO THE
SOUTH AT 10 MILES PER HOUR.  AS THIS STORM PASSED OVER BLACK CANYON
CITY, A SPOTTER REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND WINDS GUSTING IN EXCESS
OF 40 MILES PER HOUR.

PEOPLE IN THE LAKE PLEASANT AREA AND MOTORISTS TRAVELING ON I-17 IN
