TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  1000 PM EDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...VENANGO COUNTY
 
WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE STORM WITH A POSSIBLE TORNADO OVER EASTERN
MERCER COUNTY...EAST OF THE CITY OF MERCER...BETWEEN STONEBORO AND GROVE
CITY. 

THIS STORM IS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL MOVE INTO SOUTHWESTERN
VENANGO COUNTY SOUTHWEST OF FRANKLIN...ALONG ROUTE 8 NEAR THE COMUNITIES
OF WESLEY...TWIN OAKS...FIVE OAKS...AND WILL CROSS THE ALLEGHENY RIVER
JUST SOUTH OF FRANKLIN.
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE
IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES
FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
