THE STRONGEST CELLS WERE LOCATED OVER SOUTH CENTRAL ORANGE COUNTY NEAR WARWICK...AND OVER SOUTHERN WARREN COUNTY NEAR PHILIPSBURG. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE ACCOMPANIED BY VERY HEAVY DOWNPOURS...FREQUENT LIGHTNING...AND POSSIBLY SOME HAIL. THEY WERE MOVING TOWARD THE EAST NORTHEAST AT 30 TO 35 MILES AN HOUR...
