FLASH FLOOD WARNING AND MUDSLIDE WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  900 AM PST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN CENTRAL CALIFORNIA
 
   ...MARIN COUNTY
 
WIDESPREAD FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS IN SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL MARIN
COUNTY, INCLUDING AROUND HIGHWAY 101 AND TAM VALLEY HAVE BEEN
REPORTED SINCE MIDNIGHT. IN ADDITION, RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF OVER
10 INCHES HAVE OCCURRED AT KENTFIELD SINCE FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

THE HEAVY RAINS MAY CAUSE MUDSLIDES IN SLIDE PRONE AREAS SUCH AS
HIGHWAY 1 ALONG THE COAST AND ALONG HIGHWAY 101 NEAR THE WALDO GRADE.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
