THE HIGH WIND WARNING THAT HAD BEEN ISSUED FOR THE EAST TENNESSEE MOUNTAINS
HAS BEEN TERMINATED.

AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE THAT HAD BEEN OVER WEST TENNESSEE LAST NIGHT
HAS MOVED INTO THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY CAUSING THE STRONG WINDS TO MOVE
INTO THE CAROLINAS AND VIRGINIA.

WIND SPEEDS OF 15 TO 20 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS ARE STILL POSSIBLE AT
ELEVATIONS ABOVE 3000 FEET IN EAST TENNESSEE THIS AFTERNOON.  PERSONS
