FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  430 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS......
 
IN SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS
 
   ...OUACHITA COUNTY
 
AT 125 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAIN FALLING
OVER MUCH OF OUACHITA COUNTY...ESPECIALLY THE NORTHERN SECTIONS OF THE
COUNTY.
 
DOPPLER RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES INDICATED 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
FALLEN IN THE NORTHERN PARTS OF THE COUNTY SINCE 1000 PM. ADDITIONAL
HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED OVER THE COUNTY FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
