AT 245 PM EDT AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WAS LOCATED FROM LOUSIVILLE
NORTH THROUGH SALEM. SOME OF THESE STORMS WERE STRONG AND CONTAINED
VERY HEAVY RAIN. THE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST ABOUT 40 MPH
AND WILL PUSH ACROSS THE NORTHERN PARTS OF LOUISVILLE AND SOUTH
CENTRAL INDIANA...INCLUDING THE CITIES OF CHARLESTOWN...SCOTTSBURG
AND MADISON BY 345 PM EDT.

   AREA OF STORMS MOVES AWAY...

AT 345 PM EDT AN EXTENSIVE AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING NORTHEAST
OUT OF SOUTHWEST KNETUCKY. THE LEADING EDGE OF THE STORMS STRETCHED
SOUTHEAST FROM EVANSVILLE INDIANA TO JUST WEST OF BOWLING GREEN
KENTUCKY. THE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 35 TO 40 MPH.

THE AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS THAT MOVED ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA AND
BRUSHED THE NORTHERN PART OF KENTUCKY HAD MOVED TO THE NORTHEAST OF
LOUISVILLE. THE TRAILING EDGE OF THE STORMS HAD MOVED TO THE FAR EAST
PORTION OF SCOTT COUNTY INDIANA BY 350.
