THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORFOLK HAS ISSUED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1130 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA
 
   ...CUMING COUNTY
 
AT 1037 PM WINDS OF 70 TO 80 MPH WERE REPORTED IN WISNER OF CUMING
COUNTY WHICH IS ABOUT 30 MILES EAST OF NORFOLK. LARGE TREES HAVE BEEN
DOWNED BY THE WINDS. THE SEVERE STORMS WILL MOVE EAST AT 40 MPH OVER
CUMING COUNTY AND TOWARD THE COMMUNITIES OF BEEMER AND BANCROFT WHICH
ARE 30 TO 40 MILES EAST OF NORFOLK.
 
PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD TAKE SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.
PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING AND VERY
HEAVY RAIN THAT CAN QUICKLY FLOOD A LOW LYING AREA.  REMEMBER...
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE OR NO WARNING.
