DAKOTA BORDER...JUST NORTH OF KILGORE NEBRASKA...25 MILES NORTHWEST
OF VALENTINE.  THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH AND WILL TRAVERSE
NORTHEAST CHERRY COUNTY OVER THE NEXT HOUR.

AT 522 PM MDT RADAR DETECTED AN AREA OF SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS
WHICH WERE LOCATED 75 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF NORTH PLATTE...OR ABOUT
18 MILES WEST OF THE COMMUNITY OF ARTHUR.

THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST AROUND 20 MILES AN HOUR...WITH THE
MAIN THREAT FROM THESE THUNDERSTORMS LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.

PERSONS IN AND NEAR ARTHUR SHOULD PREPARE FOR THREATENING WEATHER BY
6 PM MDT.
