RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL IN ELLIOTT COUNTY. OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS
OCCURRED IN THE LAST 24 HOURS. STREAMS AND CREEKS NEAR BANKFULL WILL
OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
