AT 1122 AM CST MERIDIAN RADAR INDICATED A 60 MILE WIDE BAND OF SHOWERS AND INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM NEAR EDWARDS MISSISSIPPI TO NORTHEAST OF TUSCALOOSA ALABAMA. THE STRONGEST THUNDESTORMS WERE LOCATED BETWEEN WALNUT GROVE AND CARTHAGE MISSISSIPPI AND NORTH OF TUSCALOOSA ALABAMA.
