IN WEST CENTRAL INDIANA ...TIPPECANOE COUNTY AT 1258 PM EST NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF LAFAYETTE. THE STORM WAS LIKELY PRODUCING HAIL AT LEAST AS LARGE AS GOLF BALLS. THE STORM WILL MOVE ACROSS BATTLE GROUND IN NORTHERN TIPPECANOE COUNTY. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING. DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.
