EFFECTIVE UNTIL 515 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF ILLINOIS
      NORTHEAST STEPHENSON...WINNEBAGO

AT 430 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVCE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
POSSIBLE TORNADO FORMING IN NORTHEAST STEPHENSON COUNTY. THE STORM
IS MOVING TO TH EAST-SOUTHEAST AROUND 30 MPH.
