IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS ...NORTHERN MCLEAN COUNTY AT 610 PM...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN NORTHWEST MCLEAN COUNTY NEAR THE TOWN OF CARLOCK...10 MILES NORTHWEST OF BLOOMINGTON.
