AT 130 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A VERY STORNG THUNDERSTORM 3 MILES NORTH OF HILLSBORO OHIO...50 MILES EAST OF CINCINNATI. THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING SMALL HAIL...GUSTY WINDS AND TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS AS IT MOVES NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR. MOTORISTS IN HIGHLAND COUNTY SHOULD ALSO BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR SIGNIFICANT PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS AS VERY HEAVY RAINS HAVE AFFECTED THE COUNTY SINCE 1230 PM EDT. IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY IMMEDIATELY. JOHNSTONE
