AT 1015 PM EDT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN COLUMBUS WAS
INDICATING AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHWEST OHIO.
THIS AREA WAS NORTH OF A LINE EXTENDING FROM CELINA...TO
BELLEFONTAINE...TO SANDUSKY.

THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR THE TOWN OF WAPAKONETA.
THIS STORM PRODUCED A TORNADO NORTH OF CELINA...IN MERCER
COUNTY...EARLIER THIS EVENING.

MOVEMENT WAS TOWARD THE EAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.
