PRODUCE BRIEF PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL...STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.

POWER OUTAGES WERE REPORTED IN ROBESON COUNTY AS THESE STORMS MOVED
TO THE EAST. PERSONS IN ROBESON...BLADEN AND COLUMBUS COUNTIES SHOULD
REMAIN ALERT FOR THE NEXT HOUR AND HALF AS THE STORMS MOVE TO THE EAST
