FLASH FLOOD WATCH EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FOR SUSSEX COUNTY UNTIL 10 AM EDT...
 
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR SUSSEX
COUNTY UNTIL 10 AM EDT THIS MORNING. SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE
COUNTY HAS DROPPED HEAVY RAINFALL ON THE AREA THROUGH THE NIGHT. THESE
STORMS ARE STILL EFFECTING THE AREA AND MOVING SLOWLY TO THE SOUTH AND
SOUTHWEST AT 15 TO 20 MPH.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
