AT 508 AM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES WEST OF
ARKANSAS CITY.
 
MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR.
 
THE STORM WILL MOVE THROUGH GEUDA SPRINGS BY 510 AM AND ARKANSAS CITY BY
515 AM.  THOSE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD MOVE TO THEIR STORM
SHELTERS NOW TO PROTECT AGAINST QUARTER SIZE HAIL AND WINDS IN EXCESS OF
60 MILES AN HOUR.
