MAINLY EAST OF ARKANSAS CITY AND EUREKA.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN
HOUR... AND WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA THROUGH

AT 950 PM CDT...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO MOVE UP FROM OKLAHOMA
PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINS..SMALL HAIL...AND GUSTY WINDS.  THE STORMS
WERE MAINLY EAST OF A LINE FROM ARKANSAS CITY TO EMPORIA.

MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR MOST OF SOUTH CENTRAL AND
SOUTHEAST KANSAS TONIGHT.
