AT 11 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 7 MILES WEST OF THE
TOWN OF NECEDAH..OR 60 MILES NORTHWEST OF MADISON MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
HAIL WAS INDICATED WITH THIS CELL.
