AT 1PM CDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO OUTAGAMIE...WINNEBAGO AND WAUPACA COUNTIES. THE STRONGEST STORMS IN THIS AREA WERE 40 MILES WEST AND SOUTHWEST OF THE CITY OF GREEN BAY. SOME TOWNS IN THE PATH OF THESE STORMS ARE NEW LONDON AND SHIOCTON IN OUTAGAMIE COUNTY AND OSHKOSH IN WINNEBAGO BY ABOUT 120 PM CDT. TORRENTIAL RAINS...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND SMALL HAIL ARE LIKELY WITH THESE STORMS. HEAVY RAINS HAVE SATURATED THE GROUND AND ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL PRODUCE MORE FLOODING. PERSONS LIVING IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS SHOULD MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. PLH
