COUNTIES OF EAST CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST COLORADO UNTIL 10 PM MDT...

AT 350 PM MDT GOODLAND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES NO SEVERE WEATHER OVER
OUR COUNTY WARNING AREA.  ALTHOUGH RADAR DOES INDICATE STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING OVER PARTS OF EASTERN COLORADO EXTENDING
20 MILES EITHER SIDE OF A LINE FROM COLORADO SPRINGS SOUTH TO THE NEW
MEXICO BORDER.  AT THIS TIME THEY ARE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 30 TO
35 MPH AND SHOULD BE MOVING INTO OUR WARNING AREA BY 6 PM MDT.

DO NOT USE YOUR CAR TO OUTRUN A TORNADO.  CARS AR"E EASILY TOSSED
AROUND BY TORNADO WINDS.  IF YOU ARE CAUGHT IN THE PATH OF A
TORNADO...LEAVE THE CAR AND GO TO A STRONG BUILDING.  IF NO

CHEYENNE...KIT CARSON...OR YUMA COUNTIES OF EASTERN COLORADO.  STRONG
TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE OCCURRING ALONG THE FRONT RANGE EASTWARD TO
NEAR LIMON. THIS AREA OF STORMS WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH AND SHOULD
MOVE INTO WESTERN KIT CARSON AND CHEYENNE COUNTIES EARLY THIS EVENING.

THOUGH NO TORNADOES HAVE YET BEEN REPORTED WITH THESE STORMS...
CONDITIONS WILL BECOME INCREASINGLY FAVORABLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF

...A TORNADO WATCH CONTINUES FOR EAST CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST COLORADO
UNTIL 10 PM MDT.

AT 555 PM MDT GOODLAND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES NO SEVERE WEATHER ACROSS
OUR COUNTY WARNING AREAS.  RADAR DOES INDICATE VERY STRONG THUNDERSTORMS
EXTENDING SOUTH FROM 30 MILES NORTH OF LIMON EXTENDING SOUTHWEST THROUGH
SOUTHWEST COLORADO.  THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TO THE
NORTH NORTHEAST AT 30 TO 35 MPH.  LARGE HAIL...STRONG WINDS...VERY HEAVY
RAINS AND DEADLY LIGHTNING HAS BEEN REPORTED WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS.

DO NOT USE YOUR CAR TO OUTRUN A TORNADO.  CARS ARE EASILY TOSSED
