RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 35 MILES NORTH OF SIOUX CITY NEAR
HAWARDEN MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THE THUNDERSTORM WILL MOVE INTO THE
SIOUX CENTER AREA BY AROUND 10 PM.
