000 WUUS1 KFSD 010242 RRA SVRFSD MNC105-010345- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SIOUX FALLS SD 940 PM CDT THU JUN 30 1994 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1045 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA ...NOBLES COUNTY AT 940 PM CDT RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF WORTHINGTON MINNESOTA MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THIS THUNDERSTORM SHOULD MOVE OVER WORTHINGTON AROUND 10 PM AND OVER ROUND LAKE AROUND 1015 PM. PEOPLE NEAR THE STORM SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING AWAY FROM WINDOWS. DON'T USE TELEPHONES OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNTIL THE STORM HAS PASSED. MOTORISTS...DON'T DRIVE INTO FLOODED CROSSINGS. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. AT 830 PM A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WAS BEGINNING TO DEVELOP 10 MILES EAST OF PIPESTONE TO 25 MILES SOUTH OF REDWOOD FALLS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE SOUTHEAST.
