   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF NORTH DAKOTA
      EASTERN GRAND FORKS...THE CITY OF GRAND FORKS...

   IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF MINNESOTA
      EXTREME SOUTHWEST MARSHALL...WESTERN POLK...

AT 300 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 15 MILES NORTH
OF GRAND FORKS NEAR MANVEL MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.
UNIVERSITY OF NORTH DAKOTA DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES WINDS OF 60 MPH
IN THE MANVEL AREA.
