000 TTAA00 KMCI 071846 SVRMCI KSC121-071945- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE KANSAS CITY MO 146 PM CDT TUE JUN 7 1994 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN KANSAS CITY HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 245 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS ...MIAMI COUNTY AT 146 PM SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF PAOLA MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH. THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH AND LARGE HAIL. PEOPLE THROUGHOUT MIAMI COUNTY SHOULD PREPARE FOR THIS LINE OF SEVERE STORMS. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH... DESTRUCTIVE HAIpL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN THAT MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS.
