EFFECTIVE UNTIL 700 AM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF ILLINOIS
      WESTERN HENRY

AT 450 AM...THE COLONA FIRE DEPARTMENT CHIEF REPORTED RAPIDLY
RISING ICE AND WATER OVER THE WESTERN END OF CLEVELAND. QUARY ROAD
AND THE WESTERN PORTION OF WASHINGTON ROAD ARE UNDER WATER.
CLEVELAND IS IN THE NORTHWEST PORTION OF HENRY COUNTY ILLINOIS.

FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLASH FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT IN THE SPECIFIED AREA.

PERSONS ALONG OR NEAR STREAMS SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING OR SHARP
