KIMBALL COUNTY/WYOMING STATE LINE.  THE STORM WAS 35 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
SCOTTSBLUFF...OR 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF KIMBALL.

THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH.

CHEYENNE NWS HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING ON THIS STORM IN
WYOMING...AND A WARNING MAY NEED TO BE ISSUED FOR THIS STORM IN
NEBRASKA.

PASS OVER THE COMMUNITY OF ALBIN.  ALBIN IS 41 MILES NORTHEAST OF
CHEYENNE. THE STORM IS MOVING NORTH AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.

NO REPORTS COULD BE OBTAINED FROM THE AREA...BUT RADAR INDICATED THAT
