IN PENNSYLVANIA ...(1,3,4)..CLINTON COUNTY AT 450 PM...RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO JUST NORTH OF LOCK HAVEN. THE STORM IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR...AND WILL BE NEAR LOCK HAVEN BY 515 PM. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT. GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
