...THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN MOVING THROUGH FRANKLIN COUNTY...

AT 450 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN HARRISBURG SHOWED A STRONG
THUNDERSTORM OVER FRANKLIN COUNTY SOUTHWEST OF CHAMBERSBURG.  THIS STORM
CONTAINS VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...STRONG WINDS...AND MAY CONTAIN SOME SMALL HAIL.
THE STORM IS MOVING VERY SLOWLY TO THE EAST.

THE HEAVY RAINFALL PRODUCED BY THIS STORM...AND ITS SLOW MOVEMENT MAY CAUSE
SOME LOCALIZED FLOODING OF ROADWAYS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. NEVER TRY TO
DRIVE THROUGH WATER STANDING ON THE ROADWAYS...IT MAY BE DEEPER THAN YOU
THINK. IF YOU LIVE IN A FLOOD PRONED AREA...BE ALERT FOR RISING WATERS IF
