...THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING RAPIDLY OVER NORTHERN PENNSYLVANIA...

AT 155 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A RAPIDLY
DEVELOPING LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS THAT EXTENDED FROM ELKLAND IN TIOGA
COUNTY TO JUST SOUTHWEST OF GALETON IN POTTER COUNTY. A THUNDERSTORM
WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS IN THIS LINE JUST TO THE SOUTHWEST OF
ELKLAND.   THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TO THE EAST AT 25 MPH.  THE
THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE THROUGH TIOGA COUNTY THROUGH 245
PM EDT. OTHER THUNDERSTORMS COULD DEVLOPE OVER BRADFORD COUNTY BETWEEN
2 AND 3 PM EDT.

ANY OF THE THUNDERSTORMS COULD CONTAIN STRONG GUSTY WINDS...HAIL AND
VERY HEAVY DOWNPOURS. FREQUENT DANGEROUS LIGHTNING IS ALSO POSSIBLE
WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS.

PERSONS IN THE PATH OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT AND
TAKE SHELTER @IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES.  REMEMBER THE SAFEST
PLACE TO BE IN A THUNDERSTORMS IS INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING AND AWAY
FROM WINDOWS.
