SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 12 NOON EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS......

AT 835 AM THE LANCASTER EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY REPORTED THE LITTLE
CHICKIES CREEK IN THE VICINITY OF MOUNT JOY BEGINNING TO FLOOD. FLOOD
STAGE IS 4 FEET AND WATER WAS REPORTED AT JUST OVER 4 FEET. LIGHT TO
OCCASIONAL MODERATE RAINS CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE LANCASTER AREA FOR THE
NEXT SEVERAL HOURS SO CONDITIONS WILL BE SLOW TO ABATE.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
