THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A
FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  715 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN  OHIO
 
   ...ASHLAND COUNTY...RICHLAND COUNTY...STARK COUNTY
   ...WAYNE COUNTY
 
AT 410 AM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT BETWEEN
TWO AND A HALF AND THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN IN PARTS OF THE
WARNED COUNTIES IN THE LAST THREE HOURS. RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS
CONTINUING TO DEVELOP TO THE WEST AND SOUTHWEST OF THE WARNED COUNTIES.
THESE STORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WARNED AREA...CAUSING FLOODING OF
STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
