FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS......

AT 800 AM RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM SOUTH OF YOUNGSTOWN IN
NIAGARA COUNTY. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST SOUTHEAST ABOUT 40
MILES AN HOUR.
 
 
BE ON THE ALERT FOR THUNDERSTORMS ACCOMPANIED BY FREQUENT
LIGHTNING...STRONG DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL.  LOCALLY HEAVY
